Whole 30 / Day 14

Well, I've decided to give up crossfit for a while. My shoulder doesn't seem to be getting any better. I'm going to try to find time to schedule a dr's appt this week and have them check it out.

Here we go again:
 Breakfast: the usual
mmmm, coffee
Lunch: Lemon chicken and veggies
chicken & veggies













Hamburger, asparagus & SP



Dinner: Hamburger, asparagus & sweet potatoes.



Snack: Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries
