Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Here's a synopsis of my weekend:
Friday
B: coconut milk coffee
Snack: baby carrots
L: grilled chicken spinach salad w/hot bacon dressing and tomato & basil soup
D: hamburger patty and green beans, later almonds and berries

Saturday
B: coconut milk coffee & smoked pork chops
S: 1/2 banana
L: grilled chicken salad
D: brisket and green beans, later berries

Sunday
B: bacon, eggs & berries
L: apple roasted pork chops, mixed veggies & sweet potatoes
S: berries
D: brisket & mixed veggies
